Our Office
Panoramic Billing is a small, boutique billing company located in Mill Valley, CA. We are just minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, famed San Francisco landmark.

It was designed to be a "small" company, so that our billing specialists could work one on one with doctors, but have all of the training, know-how and up-to-date technology of a larger billing company. This not only keeps our costs low, but also allows us to completely focus on what's needed by our client. We are not juggling different tasks, we are only focused on you.

Our office was designed and created to be able to work with doctors to help them get increased collections and allow them to keep their main focus on helping people, not following up with insurance companies.

Our Story
After working in various chiropractic offices, our owner found that one of the biggest issues facing the doctors wasn't health related - it was financial. And those problems stemmed from a common thread, billing. Whether it was getting all the needed information to an insurance company, following up on denied claims, or even getting remaining bills out to patients, the billing area was the key. It was the elephant in the room - and no one wanted to look at it, much less tackle it.

She realized that the best way to help doctors was to get that area under control, and that's what she did. First at individual offices, and then deciding to build her own company to facilitate helping multiple clients and offices with different specialties and specific needs.

Now, with Panormic Billing, that's what has been created. A group of billing specialists trained to get into the muck and sort it out so that it's running smoothly. Our job is to tackle the stress of billing insurance companies, and follow up on collections so that the doctors can keep doing what they love, helping their patients.
